新抗癌性物質ブレオマイシンによる2例の眼瞼癌腫治療成績

Treatment of Lid Carcinoma with a New Antibiotics "Bleomycin"

I．はじめに

　昭和31年（1956）に梅沢らにより発見され，その後種々の研究結果から，ことに抗癌性のあること，なかでも皮膚癌のごとき扁平上皮癌に有効であることがわかつてきた，Bleomycin （以下文中ブレオと記す）を，眼瞼皮膚癌の2症例に使用し，その効果を知る機会を得たので，その臨床像および病理組織像を通じて，若干の考察を加えて発表する。

Two cases of lid carcinoma have been success-fully treated by systemic use of Bleomycin, a new antibitics which has been recognized as one of the most effective agents for skin carci-noma in Japan.

The first patient, a 67-year-old female, had been suffering for the last 4 years from rodent ulcer on the inner angle of the right eyelid which later proved to be baso-squamous cell epithelioma on biopsy. The second patient, a 65-year-old male, had been troubled by rodent ulcer on the inner angle of the left eyelid for the last 6 months. Biopsy showed the condition to be basal cell carcinoma.
