高度遠視眼にみられる眼底異常，ことに乳頭黄斑間網膜襞について

The Fundus Anomalies in High Hypermetropic Eyes (The Interpaillo-macular Retinal Fold)

I．緒言

　小児の高度遠視は，発育異常の一つとして取り扱われており，十分なる矯正視力が得られないことから弱視とされているものが多い。

　高度遠視の中には，ブドウ膜コロボーム，小眼球，小角膜などの明らかな先天異常を示すものがあるが，これらはそれら先天異常を主体として取り扱われている。著者らは，従来から視力不良な小児にみられる眼底変化に関する研究を続けてきたが，今回は，＋10D以上の高度の遠視を有する小児にみられる特有な眼底変化について報告することとする。

Six cases of congenital interpapillo-macular retinal, fold in the high hypermetropic eye are presented. The characteristic ophthalmoscopic picture is described, both in regard to the pro-bable aetiology and the nature of this condition arc discussed.
