強度遠視を伴つた小眼球症に合併した高度な網脈絡膜剥離

緒　言

　1963年Schepens^1）は特異な眼症状を呈した無裂孔性網膜剥離，17例30眼を報告し，新しい疾患概念として，uveal effusionを提唱した。更に，1975年Brockhurst^2）は，5例の小眼球に合併した続発性網脈絡膜剥離の症例を"Nanophthalmoswith uveal effusion"として報告し，小眼球ととuveal effusionの関連性に注目している。

　近年，Brockhurstのこの報告に引き続き，本邦でも，弓削^3），別所^4），倉知^5），岡田^6），当麻ら^7）によつて，一連の詳細な報告がなされているが，本疾患には依然として不明な点が多く，その病態，病因についても，いまだ十分解明されていない。今回著者は，同様な症例において，手術を施行し，その際得られた組織を組織学的に観察すると同時に，その術前，術後を通じて得られた螢光造影所見と比較検討することにより，本症例の病態について，若干の知見を得たので報告する。

This paper describes the clinical course and histological features of uveal effusion (Schepens et al., 1963 and Rosen, 1968) in a 41-year-old male. Bilateral and extensive choroidal detach-ment with nonrhegmatogenous retinal detachment was the chief clinical feature. The patient had hyperopia of approximately +11 diopters and typical form of microphthalmia usually referred to as nanophthalmos.
