Hallermann-Streiff症候群の眼異常に関する臨床的および病理組織学的研究

The Clinical and Pathologic Study for Ocularmanifestation of Hallermann-Streiff Syndrome

I．緒言

　先天性白内障に限らず，白内障の研究には全身状態との関連は常に注目せねばならぬ。臨床的に，全身異常に随伴する先天性（発達性）白内障の症例は，しばしば遭遇する。多発性奇形の一環として先天性白内障のある場合，これら奇形をもたらす共通の原因を追及し，その成因をつきとめる必要がある。先天性風疹症候群は，風疹ウイルスの胎内感染により，ウイルスの細胞内寄生により種々の奇形がもたらされることを明らかにしたのがその1例である。また，膜様白内障（全白内障）をもたらすもののなかにcongenital comedo cataract synd—romeのようなectodermal dysplasiaという大きなカテゴリーに入る症例の存在を例示した。今回報告するHallerman-Streiff syndromeもこれに属するものである。

Clinical and histopathologic observations ma-de on eyes obtained from four cases of the Hallermann-Streilf syndrome were reported. The authors thought the low birth weight was one important sign of Hallermann-Streiff syndrome. From the present study, the authors observed following various ocular findings : Microphthal-mia, total cataract with necrosis and liquefa-tion or membranous cataract, corneal vaulting, blue sclerotics, atrophy of the iris, bad mydria-sis, uncleaved chamer angle, retinal fold with rosettes, atrophy of the choroid and retinal pig-ment epithelium posteriorly and partially abscen-ce of ganglion cells.
