「眼科領域におけるサークレチン—F」の使用経験

Use of Circuletin F in Ophthalmology

I．緒言

　哺乳動物の膵臓から抽出された循環系作用物質サークレチン（学名カリクレイン）は，生体微小循環系の調節に大きく関与し治療面での応用範囲は広く，各科領域における臨床報告は多い。しかし従来の単位薬用量では時として治療効果をあげがたいこともあり，なお一層，高単位サークレチン投与の必要を感じていたところ，従来の4倍の生物学的単位のカリクレインをふくむサークレチン—Fが製造され，これを眼科領域の疾患に応用し若干の知見を得たので報告する。サークレチン—Fを投与した疾患は次のごとくである。

　中心性網脈絡膜炎，ベーチェット病，硝子体出血，脈絡膜出血，網膜出血，網膜中心静脈枝血栓，網膜血管硬化症である。

A total of 24 patients with disturbances in the microcirculation in the fundus were treated by peroral Circuletin F which is an extract of pan-creas tissue containing Kallikrein in larger amounts.

Six cases reacted dramatically to the treat-ment. They consisted of cases with : central serous retinopathy (2 cases), vitreous hemor-rhage (1 case), retinal hemorrhage due to angio-sclerosis (2 cases), and choroidal hematoma (1 case).
