　乾燥性角結膜炎・唾液減少症・関節リウマチの3主徴のあるショーグレン氏症候群については，最近，自己免疫疾患として解明せんとする努力が盛んのようであります。

　著者は今回，該症候群患者血清の免疫グロブリン各成分の定量を免疫拡散板法を用いて行ない，若干の知見を得たのでここにご報告します。

Sera from patients with Sjögren's syndrome were tested as to the content of immune globu-lin fractions (gamma-A, -M and -G) by means of immune diffusion method. The fractions for gamma-G and -A showed significantly increased values of more than double the amount present in normal controls. The findings are interpreted as indicative of a possible auto-immune process in the pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome.
