微少角外斜視について

Small-angle exotropia

　微少角斜視というのは，Small-Angle Strabismusのことである。之は，只斜視角が小さいということ以外に，興味ある特徴をもつている。又，この種の斜視から，斜視患者のもつ融像機能（異常融像）の実体をうかがうことが出来るので，興味は更に深い。然し，微少角斜視の報告者，例えば，Jarnpolsky^3）4），　Stanworth＆da Cunha^8）は，その報告に当つて，誰によつて初めて注意され，誰々によつて，斯々の議論が行われているという様にはのべていない。ここに何かもことしたものが，感ぜられる。斜視臨床の底に流れているわかりにくい問題という気がする。

　Jampolsky^4）が，微少角斜視の特徴としてあげているのは，次の様なものである。但し，Jampolskyは，微少角内斜視についてのべたのである。

A girl, aged 5 years, had had an alternating convergent strabismus. Since the age of 3 years she had been treated surgically and orthoptically. The visual acuity with correction of moderate grade of hypermetropia was 0.5 in both eyes.

Squint angle with Maddox tangent scale at 1M.revealed an exodeviation of 5°~6°. Major amblyoscope reading showed subjective angle of -2° and objective angle of -3°.

Fusion was present using 3 running boys with an amplitude of from -4° to +13°, using house with man and wife with an amplitude of from -8° to -4°, the subjective angle in this reading being -4°.
