Abstract 文献概要

　脈絡膜間接破裂は1854年Graefe氏が報告して以来内外の文献に多数見られ，さして珍らしいものではないが，その眼圧を観察した例は少い。私は最近外傷による前房並びに硝子体出血，水晶体不全脱臼，眼球陥没等を伴つた本症の1例を経験したが，外傷性緑内障を伴つたと考えられる珍らしいものであるので茲に報告し，本症の眼圧上昇について少しく考察してみたいと思う。

　症例は21歳男子，鍍金工，初診昭和30年12月18日。家族歴，既往歴に特記することなし。

I have reported on the case of indirect choroidal rupture accompanied with complications such as incomplete luxiation of lens and enophthalmos in the right eye of gilder, 21 years old. We noticed the change of ocular tension which had two maximums and the occurence of traumatic glaucoma, and discussed on the cause of increase of ocular tension. Though the first increase of ocular tension may come from hemorrhagic glaucoma, the extension of choroidal vascula system must be considered as is said in the theory of early rise of ocular tension. The second increase seems to be caused by subluxation of lens.
