下斜筋の付着部異常を認めたV型外斜視の1例

V-Exotropia with Abnormal Insertion of the Inferior Oblique Muscle. Report of a Case

I．緒言

　下斜筋の先天的な付着部異常は，他の直筋のそれに比べて比較的多く認められるものであるが，このたびわれわれは典型的なV型外斜視の1例を経験し，その手術にさいし，いまだ文献に記載されていない両側の下斜筋の付着部異常と外直筋の部分欠損を認めたので，ここに報告したいと思う。

A report is presented on a case of V-XT syn-drome with abnormal muscle insertions on the globe in a 6-year-old female. Following chara-cteristic features were confirmed during surgical attempts to recess bilateral lateral and inferior oblique muscles. The tendons of the lateral recti were very thin and seemed to have turn-ed into mere fibrous structure of 2 to 3 mm in width. Their points of insertion also deviat-ed posteriorly and downwards on the eyeball.
