腎炎性網膜症についての一考察—内科的所見ならびに腎生検像との比較検討において

A Study of Retinopathia Renalis:on a Comparative Examination of Results of Renal Biopsy and Observations in Internal Medicine

　1．比較的軽症な糸球体腎炎殊に潜在性慢性腎炎28例について，眼底所見の経過を観察し，内科的所見および腎生検像と比較検討した。観察は概ね3年間に亘り継続して行つた。

　2．従来，内科的に尿蛋白と軽度の血尿以外に所見のない潜在型慢性腎炎については，眼底にも殆ど所見を伴なわないとされていたが，経過を追つて観察してゆくと，軽度ながらも変化を認め，更に病状の悪化してゆくものではこれと平行して眼底所見も推移している事が認められた。

1. Repeated ophthalmoscopical evaluation of the fundus was conducted over a follow-up period of three years for 28 cases with compa-ratively slight degrees of latent chronic neph-ritis. The fundus findings were then corre lated renal biopsy results and systemic clinicaldata.

2. Cardinal fundus appearances included ar-terial narrowing, accentuated retinal reflex and localized oedema. The presence of these signs characterize the early stage of retinopathia re-nalis.
