新しい眼窩圧計について

A New Electro-orbitonometer

I．緒言

　眼窩圧測定は眼窩内病変を知る上の重要な検査法の一つであるが，本邦においては，青池，植村氏等の2,3の業績があるに過ぎない。

　著者も植村氏と同様にCopper氏等にならつてOrbitonometerを試作し，眼窩圧測定を試みて来た。その結果従来の器械は使用法は簡便ではあるが，2,3の器械上の欠点を見出した。そこで従来の器械よりもより正確な測定値を得られるように，眼底血圧測定用のCAPメーターに，眼球沈降量を測定する為のトランスヂューサーを附加し，眼球への加圧量と眼球の沈降量との変化を電気的に取り出して，同時に連続的に記録させる方法を考案した。

A new orbitonometer is described which gi-ves simultaneous recording of the amount of applied pressure and backward displacement of the eyeball by means of electronic devices. The method produces very accurate readings and the preliminary results are broadly in accordance with those obtained by previous conventional methods.
