眼手術後におけるBetamethasone disodium phosphate＋Fradiomycin sulfateの使用経験

Our Experience with Postoperative Use of Rinderon A' Ophthalmic Ointment (Betamethasone Disodium Phosphate+Fradiomycin Sulfate)

I．緒言

　先に我々^1）は0.1％Rinderon眼軟膏（Beta—methasone disodium phosphate）を試用して，その抗炎症，抗アレルギー作用の強力なる事を確認した。

　ちなみにRinderon （Betamethasone）は16β—Methyl−9α—fluoroprednisoloneであり，当Rinderon A眼軟膏は1g中このBetametha—soneの燐酸塩1mgと，Fradiomycin sulfate3.5mg力価を含有する。

'Rinderon A' ophthalmic ointment, which contains both Betamethasone and Fradiomycin, was applied to 21 postoperative patients to evaluate its anti-inflammatory as well as an-tiseptic effects and following results were obtained.

In none of the cases was the sign of posto-perative infection noted and excellent antiph-logistic effect was observed in the majority without any side effect.
