I.緒言
先に我々1)は0.1%Rinderon眼軟膏(Beta—methasone disodium phosphate)を試用して,その抗炎症,抗アレルギー作用の強力なる事を確認した。
ちなみにRinderon (Betamethasone)は16β—Methyl−9α—fluoroprednisoloneであり,当Rinderon A眼軟膏は1g中このBetametha—soneの燐酸塩1mgと,Fradiomycin sulfate3.5mg力価を含有する。
'Rinderon A' ophthalmic ointment, which contains both Betamethasone and Fradiomycin, was applied to 21 postoperative patients to evaluate its anti-inflammatory as well as an-tiseptic effects and following results were obtained.
In none of the cases was the sign of posto-perative infection noted and excellent antiph-logistic effect was observed in the majority without any side effect.
