新しい上強膜静脈圧測定装置の使用経験

Measurement of episcleral venous pressure by a new instrument

　EYETECH社製Episcleral Venoma-nometerを用いて正常者5名10眼の上強膜静脈圧を測定した。結果は，上強膜上脈圧：8.05±0.85mmHg，眼圧：15.3±1.1mmHg，眼圧と上強膜静脈圧の差：7.25±1.60mmHg，（mean±SD），であった。また，甲状腺機能亢進症により眼球突出と上強膜静脈圧の上昇を来し，緑内障を発症したと考えられる74歳の症例を経験した。

We measured the episcleral venous pressure in 10 eyes in 5 healthy females with an episcleral venomanometer designed by Eyetech, Inc. Weobtained, as mean and standard variation, the value of 8.05±0.85 mmHg for episcleral venous pressure, 15.3±1.1mmHg for intraocular pressure and 7.25± 1.60 for difference between intraocular pressure and episcleral venous pressure.
