人間ドック十年間の眼科的考察

Ophthalmologic Observations in "Human Dock"Cases (A Ten-Year-Study)

I．緒言

　本院に於ける過去10年間に人間ドック（1週間検査）入りした人々は4,068名になるが，その内重複を避け整理し得た3,925名の眼科的所見の内，網膜動脈硬化度，水晶体溷濁，屈折状態等の各年代別頻度，推移を求め，これらと内科的諸検査頻度とも比較して見たいと思う。次にこれら受診者の内5年以上10年の期間に数回入院して，その経過を観察し得た252名の網膜動脈硬化，水晶体酒濁の経年変化を，内科的異常者群と健康者群について比較し，内科的諸検査所見との相関を求め生理的老化過程の問題を眼科的角度から考察して見たいと思う。本院の人間ドック入院者は先づ内科的予備検査を受け明かな病人は除外し，一応健康者として現在社会生活に従事している人々の成績であり，その大部分は男子で約8割を占めている。

The Ophthalmologic findings in 3, 925 "Hu-man Dock" cases seen over a period of 10 years were reviewed with the following re-sults :

1) Retinal arteriosclerosis of grades 1 and 2 severity was predominant throughout the various older age groups, increasing in seve-rity with advance in age and showing most advanced changes during the 10 years from the late fifties to the late sixties. In the se-venth decade a decrease in severity was noted, and in the eighth decade most exhibited grade 2 changes.

2) Opacity of the lens was observed to appear from the late forties, increasing with age.
