眼サルコイドージスについて—東北大学眼科の70例を中心とした考察

Studies of Ocular Lesions in Sarcoidosis

I．緒言

　サルコイドージスに関しては，1963年の医学総会での当教室桐沢教授の講演^1）をはじめとして，誌上を通じて，これまで幾たびかわれわれの考えを述べてきた^{2）3）4）5）6）7）8）}。従つて，このたびは，個々の病型などの解説は省略し，特に，最近の症例を加えて検討したうえで，診療上注意すべきことと思われる点や，その眼網内系との関連などについて考察を加えてみた。

Seventy cases of sarcoidosis were experien-ced in our clinic until October 1965, with hig-hest frequency in Japanese eye clinics. Ocular lesions developed in fifty-eight cases of sar-coidosis. Particularly miscellaneous disorders affecting the ocular tissues (uvea, retina, vit-reous, conjunctiva, optic nerve and so on) appeared and disappeared not infrequently with abrupt progress. So under thorough un-derstanding of ocular lesion, it is necessary to follow-up ocular disorders as frequently as possible for longer periods.
