  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

Only three cases of heterochromic cyclitis have appeared in Japanese literatures. In this paper the authors presented two cases of this condition. A 30-year-old female and a 32-year-old female who had no history of ocular dise-ase complained of blurred vision. Right eyes of these patients had slightly hypochromic iris and posterior subcapsular cataract. Nume-rous whitish grey precipitates were seen on the posterior surface of the cornea. After cat-aract extraction a good vision was restored. Reviewing European and American literatures the authos made a discussion especially on the diagnostic criteria.
