I.緒言
微変眼圧計の基礎理論,動物実験結果,並びに生体人眼に行なつた従来の眼圧計との比較成績に就ては前論文2)で詳細に述べた。今回新鮮なる摘出人眼に就て,実験的に検討したので報告する。
With the use of open and closed type mano-metry method applied to freshly enucleated hum aneyes, we compared the true value of anterior chamber pressure and the value mea-sured by the microtran sfiguration tonometer MT295. The results affirmed that, in case where intraocular pressure was below 25mm Hg, the error in the value measured by MT295 was less than lmmHg as compared to the true intraocular pressure prior to measure-ment. It was also presumed that, even in case where intraocular pressure is 85mmHg, the measurement error would be less than 3 mmHg.
