血中酸・塩基平衡変動時における血液房水柵K移送に関して

K Transport across Blood-Aqueous Barrier Combined with the Alteration of Systemic Blood Acid Base Balance.

I．緒言

　全身の各種barrierについて，Kの移送は特に問題を提起している。これはKが細胞内に多く偏在して，しかも細胞機能に直接関係するイオンであるからと考える。しかもKの移送はアチドージス，アルカロージスを原因として変化し，逆にK移送の変化が酸・塩基平衡に影響を及ぼす事も考え得る。眼科的にはAcetazoleamide （Dia—mox）投与時のアチドージス，低K血症と眼圧降下作用との関係は注目されている。著者はさきに血液房水柵のNa移送を電極方式で，Na,K，Ca,Mg,Clの移送を超微量分析で，報告した。

　今回はIsotopeを使用して，Kの血液より新生房水へのturnover ratioを測定し，アチドージス，アルカロージスを起してその変化を観察したので報告する。

The turnover ratio of isotopic K from sys-temic blood to newly formed aqueous humour across blood-aqueous barrier in the anestheti-zed cat was studied. A tracheotomy was first performed and then the cats were main-tained on artificial respiration through the procedure.

Since the RISA in the aqueous humour was 1/500-700 of systemic blood, the break-down of barrier was negligible.

The distribution ratio of K of the aqueous humour to blood serum was 0.44-0.53 which was apparently lower than the ratio obtained through chemical analysis.
