眼領域におけるHydroxocobalamin製剤（Fresmins）の使用経験

The Ophthalmic Use of Hydroxcccbalamin

I．はじめに

　Fresmin Sは新しい活性型Vitamin B₁₂のHydroxocobalamin （以下OH-B₁₂と略す）製剤で，下の4点がその特長とされる。

1）高い血中濃度を長時間持続する。

Hydroxocobalamin 1000 r was injected intra-muscularly twice or thrice a week.

1) Eight cases out of cases with diabetic retinopathy improved both in visual acuity and fundus findings after 9~20 injections ofthe drug. The improvement consisted of absor-ption of bleeding, sometimes exudate in the fundus, and ocurred in the majority of good controlled diabetics.

2) Three cases of 13 cases with glaucomatous optic atrophy well controlled in the ocular tension showed improvement both in visual acuity and field after 10~14 injections.
