中枢性半盲の改善を示したスタージ・ウェーバー氏病の1例

A Case of Sturge-Weber's Disease with Homonymous Hemianopsia Showing a Tendency of Improving Visual Field Defect.

I．緒言

　Sturge Weber氏病は，1860年Schilmerが一側顔面の血管腫と同側眼の合併した症例を報告したのに始まる。

　1879年Sturgeは顔面血管腫，緑内障に合併して癲癇発作を伴う1例を報告し，脳にも顔面同様の血管腫のあることを推論した。

A male, aged 36 years of an incomplete form of Sturge-Weber's disease with the right side homonymous hemianopsia was reported. The visual field defect in this case showed a tendency of improvement with the time course by administration of vasodilator.

EEG revealed dysrhythmic pattern, decrease of a wave component and slow wave in the left parieto-occipital region.

Angiographic finding corresponded well with EEG abnormality and neurological sign, showing A-V malformation in the region of middle cerebral artery distribution.
