眼動脈圧の年齢的推移に就て（特に全身血圧との関連における）

Influence of age upon pressure relationship between the ophthalmic and the upper-arm artery

I．問題点の解説

　Feder-Dynamometerでは代表的なMuellerのDynamometerのグラム値より眼圧値への換算は，ManometrieによるMuellerの表が長い間使用されて来た。しかし乍ら屡々理解出来ない様な低すぎる値が得られることから最近weige—lin, Niesel, Bedavanija等多数のMueller門下によつて再検討されるにいたり，まずAppla—nation Tonometerによる換算曲線が作製され，続いてそれが生体眼のManometrieによる値とほぼ一致する成績の得られることが実証された。そこで次の段階としてこの新しい換算曲線によつて正常の眼動脈圧を算定した場合にその正常平均値はどうか，その全身血圧との関係はどうか，再帰関係はどうか，偏差はどんな分布をするか，又Weigelin und Lobstein等による眼圧をその要因としたSollwertのFomulaとの関係はどうなるか，これら諸関係の年齢的変動があるか否かといういろいろな問題の解決が控えている。

　本研究の目的はそれらの問題点をあきらかにすることにあるもので，著者等がボン大学において実験を行いArchiv誌上に公にした成績の大要をここに紹介するものである。

Determination of blood pressure in the ophthalmic artery, in the upper arm and the intraocular pressure was carried out in 266 normal subjects of ages ranging from 10 to 68 years, with a view to find out whether the relationship between the both blood pressure values are to be infuenced by the age factor.

There was no significant difference in the coefficient of regression calculated for each age group. As concerns the alsolute value only systolic pressure in the ophthalmic arterymanifested a trend to rise with increasing age.
