瞳孔の誘導振動の研究

Study on the induced pupillary occillation

I．緒言

　瞳孔は光に対して特に敏感であり，その反応態度如何は各種疾患，特に反射路に関連した中枢神経系の疾患には必要欠くべからざるものであるから，現在迄色々と研究されている。

　瞳孔の運動及び運動の状態の観察には，今日迄各種の装置が製作されているが，私共は先に幅氏が発表した様に瞳孔に光線を照射すると縮小し，遮断すると散大するのを自然に起る様にして瞳孔の振動を誘発し，それを連続観察し得る装置としたものである。本装置の詳細は本学研究室幅氏が本年5月京都眼科学会で報告し，併せて正常人の成績を報告されたが，今回，私は各種眼疾患に於ける誘導振動を測定すると共に，今後本装置改良の参考とすべく実験を試みたので報告する。

A round plate, with the diameter slightlysmaller than that of the pupil, is placed in front of the human eye.

Then this pupil is illuminated with the electric light across the plate. The pupil con-stricts in response to the light stimulus, but as soon as the pupil constricts smaller than the size of the plate, placed in front of the pupil, the light is cut out by the plate, the pupil dilates again larger than the plate. As long as the pupil is illuminated, this pupil-lary action, repeated constriction and dilata-tion, is continuously repeated and thus indu-ced pupillary oscillation can be observed.
