Ⅰ．緒論

　外傷性結膜下出血は別として，他の原因に基づく所謂，特発性結膜下出血は，結膜下出血そのものの予後の極めて良好な事及び自覚障害の殆んど無い事等の理由により，この結膜下出血と云う一症状の示す重大な意義を探究し，秘められた疾患の早期診断をたぐり出す事を怠つているかの様に考えられる現状である。我々眼科医は我々の出来得る検査を行なつて，また，他科とも協力し，疾患の早期診断を確立してこそ医師としての向上を計り得るものである。従つて，これを阻むものが保険制度にあれば，これは改善されねばならない。尚，病院勤務医は中央検査室，開業医は公立の，或は医師会の検査機関を活用すれば或る程度病気の早期発見が出来る場合がある。私共は結膜下出血の原因を探究する手段として2〜3の検査を行なつたが，診断上困難と興味を感じた2〜3の例を報告したい。
