非Steroid性抗Aldosterone剤Diucelpin （2,4,7triamino−6—phenylpteridine）の緑内障に対する臨床的応用

Clinical application of Antialdosterone on glaucoma.

I．緒言

　SulfanileamideあるいはそのN'置換体にCarbonic Anhydrase （C．　A．）抑制作用のあるという事を端緒として，Acetazoleamideが，1954年Becker氏によって対緑内障眼圧降下剤として登場して以来，各種のC．A．阻害剤がその利尿剤としての特性，血圧降下剤としての特性と共に眼圧降下剤としての可否が論ぜられて来た。

　著者の中，坂上はAcetazoleamideを始め，Sulfamin系としてはBenzothiazide系の薬剤（Chlorothiazideを母物質として各種の誘導体）更にDiurex　（5—Chloro−2,4—　DisulphamylToluene）をAcetazoleamideとBenzothia—zide系の中間作用型薬剤として緑内障に対する臨床使用を試みて来た。

A report is given over the hypotensive action of Diucelpin (Triamteren), a natriuretic agent with anti-aldosteronic activity, in 25 eyes of 15 patients with various forms of glaucoma.

Systemic administration of the agent cau-sed a moderate decrease of intraocular ten-sion of slow onset. The hypotensive effect manifested itself concomitantly with the na-triuretic action of the agent.

The hypotensive action of Acetazolamide was enhanced when Diucelpin was added. The electrolyte imbalance and especially the decrease of serum K could be prevented by its addition.
