犬型レプトスピラによる眼症状

I．緒言

　レプトスピラ症後に起る眼症状についての報告は少なくないが，逆に我国の葡萄膜炎の原因としてレ症が重要な地位を占めていることが次第に明らかになつたのは最近のことである。それ等レプトスピラの菌型については，今迄は主としてワイル氏病々原レであるL．icterohaemorrhagiae，秋疫Bの病原レであるL．hebdomadis Bによるものであつて，我国に於てそれが犬型レプトスピラによる症例については教室の長谷川^1）が先ず報告し，大石^2）が症例を追加した。その後更に症例を重ねて14例のL．canicola （L．ca）に原因するものを血清学的に証明した。更にL．caを用いて小実験を行つたのでその大要を述べる。

Since 1954 we proved 100 cases of ocular involvement after Leptospirosis inYamaguchi Prefecture where almost practitioners did not pay attention to these diseases. Among them 14 cases were itemized into Leptospira canicola by the agglutination-lysis test of the serum using 7 kinds of known leptospira strains. The serum of three patientsdogs were sent to tests, and they were strongly positive to L. canicola.
