飼犬から罹患した犬型レプトスピラ症による後発眼症について

On the secondary ophthalmic symptoms caused by Ieptospira canicola of house dogs

緒言

　曩に大石教授は，レプトスピラ症による葡萄膜炎が山口県下に於ても，屡々発見されることを述べ，一般の注意を喚起した。

　そこで，私等は今回その追加として，人体に感染することの稀なLeptospira Canicola （犬型レプトスピラによつて発症した虹彩毛様体炎の2症例の経過並にこの2症例の感染源であるLep-tospira Canicolaを保有する飼犬の血清学的所見及び病理組織学的所見を併せて簡単に報告することにする。

The authors experienced 2 cases of iridocyclitis cased by leptospira canicola which conti-nuously appeared in the peasants in a community.

As a result of seroreaction each house dogs was affected by leptospira canicola, and seemed to be the infectious source. These dogs were affected by a symtomless type of leptospira, however mainly by lympatic-interstitial nephritis in pathohistological aspect.
