唾液腺内分泌ホルモンの著効を奏した 眼—咽頭—口内乾燥症

(Gougerot-Sjogren Syndrom):A case of the ophthalamo-rhino-stomato-xerosissuccesfully treated with salivary gland hormon.

1．緒論

　眼—咽頭—口内乾燥症（Gougerot-Sjogren Syn-drom）は眼科領域に於てはKeratoconjunktivitisSiccaとして現われ，尚，其の本態は明かで無く，従つて，其の療法も本症の原因に対する考え方により種々の方法が有るが，私は最近，唾液腺内分泌ホルモンparotinを使用してKeratoconjun-ctivitis Siccaのみならず，亦，咽頭—口内乾燥症にも著効を收めたので報告する。

3 mg. of Parotin (hormon of salivary gland) was given subcutaneously to 44yr. old femaleof Gougerot-Sjogren-Syndrome in whom many kind of vitain B and ovarial hormon admi-nistration were done ineffectively for 4 years.

Since the next day of injection,the exsiccation of eye and buccal cavity were decreased markedly,after 5 times injection every few days,extensive dryness demanding 3 to 4 times garglings in nite and once in day-time were disappeared. Two months later,rhino-stomato-xerosis,not to mention conjunctivitis sicca,were cured completely.
