眼結核のPyramide-INAH療法

Combined treatment with pyramide and INAH on ocular tuberculosis

　肺結核治療に於けるPyrazinamide-INAH併用療法はSM,PAS等従来の薬剤に耐性となつた患者には無論，初回治療患者に於ける使用価値も今や大きく評価されていることは周知のことであつて，最近は腸結核，結核性髄膜炎，骨関節結核，泌尿器結核，皮膚結核等諸種の肺外結核にも応用されて勝れた治療効果の挙げられることが相次いで報告されている。眼結核に対する効果に就ては私共は先に眼科臨床医報誌上に発表したが，その後症例数も増加したのでこゝに更めてそれらの成績に就き述べて見度いと思う。

The authors conducted the combined treatment with pyramide and INAH on 32 cases of ocular tuberculosis, and the results were as follows:

1. It was effective for a recurring case of phlyctenular kerato-conjunctivitis.

2. Eight cases of scleritis and sclero-keratitis were treated and they were all healed ra-pidly.

No relapse was observed.

3. Eight cases of iritis and iridocyclitis were treated, and there were remarkable effects for new cases and old cases as well.

4. Six cases of chorioretinitis ditfusa and one case of choroiditis disseminata were treated.

It was notable that unexpected effects were obtained for old case.
