ネオミノフアーゲンA．T．の眼科的應用

Application of Neo-Minophagen AT in ophthalmology (in Japanese)

　眼結核症に対してはストレプトマイシン（以下ストと略），パス，ヒドラヂツド（以下ヒドと略）コーチゾン等が使用され多数の治験報告が行われている。我々も本症に対して既にスト，パス，ヒド剤を使用して其の成績を本誌に報告して来た。今回は前記の抗結核性剤と構成並に作用機転に於て著しく異なるNeo-Minophagen A．T．（以下N．A．T．と略）を各種の眼結核症の眼局所に使用した。文献によれば本剤は塩基性アミノ酸に富みLysine, Arginine, Histidine等を含み，其の溶液は水酸基を分離して単核球の喰作用を昂進し，脂肪を鹸化する事が出来る。然してこの作用が結核菌に対して強き影響を与えるものと考え得られ更に動物実験に於ては類上皮細胞の萎縮，淋巴球の滲潤，毛細血管炎，結締織包被化等の特徴が見られ，人体に於ても結締織増殖，毛細血管の新生菌体の消失の傾向がある事が報告されている。然して本剤の眼科領域に於ける報告に就ては既に森田氏，重松氏，水川氏等に行われて居るが，我々もN．A．T．を眼局所に使用し興味ある成績を得たので報告する。

N-AT (Neo-Ninophagen AT) contains a few basic amino-acids as : Lysine, Arginine, Histi-dine. Its action differs essentially from that of Streptomycin, PAS, and Hydrazid. The power of phagocytosis of monocytes is increased by it, and fats are also raponified by it. In tuber-culosis, it has the action of encapsulating the connective tissues and of atrophing the epi-theloid cells and has the action of diminishing the tuberculosis bacilli.

We injected 0.5cc of N-AT every 2-3 days subconjunctivally in the following ocular tuberculosis cases, or sometimes we combined subconjunctival injection with subcutaneus injection.
