結膜及び毛様体血管に関する臨床的研究（其の5）—本態的高血壓症に於ける前毛様体血管径と全身血壓，前毛様体血管血壓，眼圧との関係に就て

Clinical studies on conjunctival and ciliary Vessels, 5th Report :The Relation of the Caliber of Anterior Ciliary Vessels, the Bloodpressure in these Vessels, the systemic Blood Pressure and the Ocular Tension in essential Hypertension.

　私は前報に於て頭蓋内及び本態的高血圧症に於ける前毛様体血管径を計測し，高血圧症群に於ては正常眼に比し血管径は狭少となり，且つ本態的高血圧症に於ては其の時期的進展に伴い，血管径も狭少の度を増す事を明かにしたが，今回は本態的高血圧症の血管径と全身血圧，前毛様体血管血圧，眼圧との相互関聯に就き検索し，興味ある成績を得たので報告する。

In 80 patients who suffered essential hypertension determinations are made in each mea-surements of anterior cilliary vessel caliber, the blood pressure readings of these vessels, the general bodily blood pressure readings and tne amonnt of ocular tension. By coordina-ting the findings in each peraon the following conclusions ate drawn:1) In the first trio, the size of caliber of anterior cilliary vessels, their corresponding blood pressures, and the general bodily blood pressure, there is a definite inter-relation among them; if the general blood pressure is elevated the caliber of the anterior cilliary vessels are decreased and consequently the pressure in these vessels are increased.
