結膜及び毛樣体血管に関する臨床的研究（其の4）—高血圧症に於ける前毛様体血管径計測成績に就て

　現今，高血圧症の診断，経過，予後判定上網膜血管の諸観察は臨床上欠くべからざる一手段であつて，其の業績も多数報告されている所であるが，球結膜血管の諸変化に就いては極めて其の報告も少なく特に前毛様血管径口径を数量的に観察したものは内，外を問わず大橋，堀田氏の報告を見るのみである。私は本態的高血圧症及び頭蓋内高血圧症に於ける前毛様体血管径を生体測微計測し興味ある成績を得たので茲に報告する。

Rerording of measurements in the caliber of the anterior ciliary vessels conducted in vivo among 40 cases of patients affected with cerebral hypertension, 80 cases of essential hypertension and the results, thus, obtained are compared to measurements taken upon 150 cases of persons who are considered nor-mal.

(1) Arterial measurements :The average di-ameter of the anterior ciliary ar eries in no-rmal persons is found to be 74. 27p; in the cerebral hypertension group, 70.7p; in the essential hypertension group 59.2p. The lat ter group in its various sub-groups registered, K-W I, 64.6p : K-W II,60.82p : K-w III, 47.13p.
