要約　目的：左右眼の視野スコア（VFS）を合成したVFSou，両眼開放で測定したbinocular VFS（bVFS）が同等であるかを調べる。また，機能する視野スコアであるfunctional field score（FFS）との関係も知る。対象と方法：対象は同意を得た36名の患者（男性23名，女性13名，平均年齢70.6±12.7歳）。Humphrey視野計のカスタムプログラム，Colenbrander grid testを各眼と両眼開放で測定。結果よりVFSou，bVFS，FFSを求めた。結果：VFSouとbVFSの間に有意差はなかった。全対象のFFSは，VFSou，bVFSと比べて有意に低かった（p＜0.0001）。結論：本研究ではVFSouとbVFSの間に有意差は検出されなかった。FFSは片眼の欠損を無視しないため，スコアが低くなると推察された。

Abstract.　Purpose：To know the correlation between visual field score OU（VFSou）and binocular VFS（bVFS）, and the relation to functional field score（FFS）. Subject and method：The subjects are 36 patients（male 23, female 13, avg 70.6±12.7 years old）with whom we could obtain informed consent. We measured right, left and binocular visual field by Colenbrander grid test（a custom program of Humphrey field analyzer）. VFSou, bVFS and FFS were calculated from the results. Results：There was not a significant difference between VFSou and bVFS. FFS was significantly lower than VFSou, bVFS（p＜0.0001）. Conclusion：This study did not find a significant difference between VFSou and bVFS. FFS was guessed to be lower results because the formula does not neglect the monocular defects.
