要約　目的：ドライアイに伴う点状表層角膜症にレバミピド懸濁点眼液が及ぼす効果の報告。対象と方法：2012年2～4月までの期間に受診した点状表層角膜症のあるドライアイ70例127眼を対象とし，2％レバミピド懸濁点眼液を点眼した。男性13例，女性55例である。点状表層角膜症の程度はAD（area-density）分類で判定した。点眼は平均26.2日間行った。結果：治療前に比べADスコアは有意に改善した（p＜0.0001）。症例の73％でADスコアが1ポイント以上改善した。症例の背景については，アレルギー性結膜炎，コンタクトレンズ装用眼，レーシック既往眼にも効果があった。点状表層角膜症の改善効果は，ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム点眼液の併用で増強した。結論：レバミピド懸濁点眼液は点状表層角膜症に有効である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the effect of rebamipide ophthalmic suspension on dry eye with superficial punctate keratopathy（SPK）. Cases and Method：This prospective study was made on 127 eyes of 70 cases with SPK during a 3-month period. The series comprised 13 males and 55 females. Severity of SPK was evaluated as area-density（AD）score by Miyata. Treatment was continued for an average of 26.2 days. Results：AD score improved after treatment（p＜0.0001）. It improved by one point or more in 73％ of treated cases. Topical rebamipide was effective for eyes with allergic conjunctivitis, eyes wearing contact lens, and eyes with previous LASIK. Beneficial effect of rebamipide was enhanced by simultaneous use of sodium hyaluronate ophthalmic solution. Conclusion：Rebamipide ophthalmic suspension is effective for SPK.
