点状表層角膜炎（Thygeson）の2例

TWO CASES OF SUPERFICIAL PUNCTATE KERATITIS (THYGESON)

緒言

　点状表層角膜炎（Superficial Punctate Kera—titis以下SPKと略す）は，最初にFuchs^1）が記載して以来，種々の曲折を経て特にThyge—son^2）は，流行性角膜炎にさいし，生ずる角膜炎とは別に，独立した疾患をSPKと呼ぶことを提唱し，Thygeson's SPKと名付けた。

　本邦においても杉浦ら^3）10）が，Keratitis pu—nctata epithelialis （仮称）なる病名にて，同一疾患を呼ぶことを提唱している。このほかには2〜3の報告例^7）8）9）が，みられるにすぎない。われわれも最近，同一疾患と考えられる2例に遭遇したのでここに報告する。

Two cases of Superficial Punctate keratitis(Thygeson) were reported on 25 years female and 32 years female. Foreign body feeling and lacrimation were one of chief complain.

I.D.U, Vit. B₂, Chondroitin Sulfate, antibiotics, Sulfonamides and Corticosteroids preparations as local administration and glutathion, Vit. ₁, B₂, B⁶ and Cystein preparations as general admi-nistration were no effective except Corticostc-roid (0.1% betamethasone) preparation.
