要約 目的:フーリエドメイン光干渉断層計で測定した8部位の網膜神経節細胞複合体(ganglion cell complex:GCC)と,同部位のHumphrey自動視野計で得られる所見との関係の報告。対象と方法:広義の開放隅角緑内障患者39例39眼を対象とした。視野測定には,自動視野計のSITA standard 30-2を用いた。相関の解析にはSpearmanの順位相関行列を用いた。結果:GCC厚と視野の測定値とには有意の相関があった。水平線よりも下方のGCC厚と上方視野との相関は,上方のCGG厚と下方視野との相関よりも高かった。結論:緑内障眼では,眼底中央部の網膜神経節複合体厚とこれに相当する視野の間には高い相関がある。
Abstract. Purpose:To report correlations between thickness of ganglion cell complex(GCC)and findings by Humphrey automated tonometer in glaucomatous eyes. Cases and Method:This study was made on 39 eyes of 39 patients with open-angle glaucoma. Thickness of GCC in the posterior fundus was measured by Fourier-domain optical coherence tomograph. Visual field was measured using SITA standard 30-2. Results:There was a significant correlation between GCC thickness and sensitivity in the corresponding retina. Correlation between GCC thickness in the inferior fundus and upper visual field was higher than that between GCC thickness in the superior fundus and lower visual field. Conclusion:A high correlation is present between GCC thickness and corresponding visual field in glaucomatous eyes.
