要約 目的:光干渉断層計(OCT)で測定した網膜神経線維層厚と,Humphrey自動視野計で検出された視野障害の相関の報告。対象と方法:外来に通院中の緑内障患者27例54眼を対象とし,網膜神経線維層厚と,Humphrey自動視野計による視野障害を測定した。網膜神経線維層厚については,global loss volumeとfocal loss volumeを評価した。視野については,mean deviationとpattern standard deviationを検索した。結果:Global loss volumeと視野のmean deviation,focal loss volumeとpattern standard deviationの間に強い相関があった。結論:OCTで測定した網膜神経線維層厚は,Humphrey自動視野計で検出された視野障害と相関する。
Abstract. Purpose:To report the correlation between retinal nerve fiber layer thickness as measured by optical coherence tomograph and visual field defect as detected by Humphrey field analyzer. Cases and Method:This study was made on 54 eyes of 27 patients with glaucoma. Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness was evaluated regarding global and focal loss volume. Visual field defect was evaluated regarding mean and pattern standard deviation. Results:Significant correlation was present between global loss volume and mean deviation of visual field, and between focal loss volume and pattern standard deviation of visual field. Conclusion:Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness as measured by OCT was significantly correlated with visual field defect by Humphrey field analyzer.
