東北大学病院におけるぶどう膜炎の臨床統計

Review of uveitis in Tohoku University Hospital

要約　目的：過去1年間に受診したぶどう膜炎患者の統計の報告。対象と方法：2010年3月までの1年間に東北大学病院眼科を初診したぶどう膜炎患者171例を病型別に解析した。結果：男性81例，女性90例で，平均年齢は48歳であり，男女間に年齢の差はなかった。128例（75％）で病型分類が可能で，43例（25％）は分類不能であった。サルコイドーシスが23例（14％）で最も多く，原田病が13例（8％），ヘルペス性虹彩毛様体炎が13例（8％），Behçet病が8例（5％）で続いた。1965年からの3年間，1985年からの3年間，1993年からの9年間の当科での結果と比較し，Behçet病とトキソプラズマ病が有意に減少していた。結論：ぶどう膜炎ではサルコイドーシスが最も多く，Behçet病が減少している。

Abstract.　Purpose：To present a review of uveitis during the past one year. Cases and Method：This study was made on 171 new cases of uveitis in our department during the past one year. Results：There were 81 males and 90 females. The age averaged 48 years. There was no difference as to age between males and females. The uveitis could be classified in 128 cases（75％）. Sarcoidosis was the most frequent at 23 cases（14％）,followed by Harada disease in 13 cases（8％）,herpetic iridocyclitis in 13 cases（8％）,and Behçet disease in 8 cases（5％）. There were significant decreases in the incidence of Behçet disease and toxoplasmosis when compared with statistics in our institution from 1965-67,1985-87,and 1993-2001. Conclusion：Sarcoidois is currently the most frequent entity in uveitis. There is a decreasing tendency of Behçet disease when compared with findings in the past decades in Japan.
