多焦点眼内レンズ挿入前後の網膜感度と読書スピード

Retinal sensitivity and reading speed before and after insertion of multifocal intraocular lens

要約　目的：多焦点眼内レンズ挿入前後の網膜感度と読書スピードの報告。対象と方法：AcrySof^TMReSTOR^TMの両眼挿入を受けた連続10例20眼を対象とした。年齢は57～79歳（平均69歳）である。術前と術後1か月にHumphrey自動視野計による中心30-2 SITA-fast^TMと，MNREAD-J^TMによる読書スピードを測定した。結果：網膜感度の平均偏差とパターン標準偏差には，術前よりも術後にばらつきが多かった。平均偏差は術後に改善した（p＜0.03）。術前矯正に対する術後裸眼による最大読書スピードは，＋39～－33％の間に変化し，有意差はなかった。結論：多焦点眼内レンズの挿入眼では，網膜感度はやや向上し，読書スピードにはばらつきがあり，有意な変化はない。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the retinal sensitivity and reading speed before and after insertion of multifocal intraocular lens（IOL）. Cases and Method：This study was made on consecutive 20 eyes of 10 cases who received insertion of AcrySof^TMReSTOR^TM in both eyes. The age ranged from 57 to 79 years,average 69 years. They were tested by central 30-2 SITA-fast^TM of Humphrey Field Analyzer^TM and by MNREAD-J^TM before and one month after surgery. Results：Mean deviation of retinal sensitivity and pattern standard deviation show greater fluctuations after surgery. Mean deviation improved after surgery（p＜0.03）. Maximum reading speed in the naked eye after surgery changed by ＋39％ to －33％ compared with that in the corrected eye before surgery. The difference was not significant. Conclusion：Retinal sensitivity improved after insertion of multifocal IOL. Reading speed did not change significantly after surgery.
