目的：アレルギー性結膜疾患での涙液の総IgEを測定するためのキット（LT-01）の臨床的評価。対象と方法：アレルギー性結膜疾患と対照例153人につき，臨床診断，血清中の総IgE，LT-01による涙液の総IgEを測定した。結果：臨床診断とLT-01による陽性反応は73.6％で一致し，臨床診断とLT-01による陰性反応は100％で一致した。LT-01による検査は簡便で迅速に行うことができた。結論：LT-01による涙液の総IgEの測定はアレルギー性結膜疾患の診断に有用である。

Purpose：To clinically evaluate a diagnostic kit（LT-01）in the diagnosis of allergic conjunctival diseases. Subjects and Method：A total of 153 persons with or without allergic conjunctival diseases underwent clinical diagnosis,measurement of total IgE in the serum,and measurement of total IgE in the tear fluid using LT-01. Results：Clinical diagnosis and outcome of LT-01 showed positive accordance of 73.6％ and negative accordance of 100％. Use of LT-01 was simple and quick in measurement of total IgE in the tear fluid. Conclusion：Diagnosis of allergic conjunctival diseases is facilitated by measurement of total IgE in the tear fluid using LT-01.
