OCT3000による視神経乳頭形状測定の検討

Morphometry of the optic nerve head by optical coherence tomography（OCT3000）

　視神経乳頭の形状を緑内障患者50眼と正常者18眼で測定した。測定には光干渉断層計（OCT3000）を使い，自動解析で得られた測定値をハイデルベルク網膜断層計（HRT）による結果と比較検討した。乳頭面積はOCTによる値がHRTによる値よりも有意に大きかった（p＜0.0001）。乳頭面積，陥凹面積，辺縁面積，陥凹/乳頭比は，両測定値間に有意な相関があった（p＜0.0001）。OCT3000は，緑内障を含む視神経の形状測定に有用であることが示された。

　We measured the shape of optic nerve head in 50 glaucomatous eyes and 18 normal eyes. We used an optical coherence tomography version 3（OCT3000）. The findings were compared with those by Heidelberg Retina Tomograph（HRT）. The disc size measured by OCT was significantly larger than that by HRT（p＜0.0001）. The disc area,cup area,rim area and cup/disc ratio showed linear correlation between measurements by OCT and HRT（p＜0.0001）. The findings show that OCT3000 is useful in morphometry of optic nerve head in glaucomatous and normal eyes.
