全層角膜移植術における視力予後への影響因子の検討

Factors for visual outcome in penetrating keratoplasty

　過去47か月間に行った全層角膜移植術69例80眼の成績を検討した。対象は術後の経過観察が3か月以上できたものに限定した。角膜移植の対象は水疱性角膜症25眼（31％），角膜白斑24眼（30％），再移植15眼（18％），円錐角膜9眼（11％）であった。術後最高視力は62眼（78％），術後最終視力は44眼（55％）で改善した。強角膜片摘出までの時間と提供者の年齢は，視力改善率と透明治癒率に影響しなかった。

　We reviewed 80 eyes of 69 patients who received penetrating keratoplasty during the past 47 months. All the cases could be followed up for 3 months or longer. Keratoplasty was performed for bullous keratopathy 25 eyes（31％）,corneal leukoma 24 eyes（30％）,as regraft 15 eyes（18％）,and keratoconus 9 eyes（11％）. Best postoperative visual acuity improved in 62 eyes（78％）and best final visual acuity in 44 eyes（55％）. Donor age or duration between extraction of sclerocorneal graft and surgery did not affect the rate of improvement of visual acuity or rate of transparent cure.
