目的：アクリル性眼内レンズ（IOL）を改造し，毛様溝縫着用のフォールダブルIOLとして多目的に使えるようにした製品の記述。方法：IOLは光学径6.5mm，全長13.0mmで，hapticsは毛様溝縫着部に窪みがついている。Hapticの片方の窪みは一点での固定用で，他方のhapticの窪みには少し幅があり，縫着の際に縛った糸を窪みのなかでずらしてIOLの位置修正ができる。このIOLを使って10眼の豚眼で白内障手術を行い，IOLの囊内固定と毛様溝縫着を行った。結果：IOLの囊内固定と毛様溝縫着はどちらも4.0mmの強角膜傷から畳んで挿入できた。Hapticsに窪みを持たせることで，IOLの位置修正ができた。結論：このIOLは小切開多目的用として有望である。

Purpose：To describe a new acrylic foldable intraocular lens（IOL）for suturing the haptics to the ciliary sulcus in cataract surgery with no zonular support. Design：The diameter of its optics is 6.5 mm with an overall length of 13.0 mm. A point-like depression serves for fixation. A larger depression on the other side is designd to allow room for the suture to slip and to facilitate correction of position of IOL. This IOL was used in 10 porcine eyes. Result：The IOL could be inserted in a folded state through the 4.0 mm corneoscleral wound. It could be fixated in-the-bag or suture-fixated to the ciliary sulcus. Depression in the haptics allowed correction of position of IOL. Conclusion：This IOL promises to be of value in small-incision multipurpose cataract surgery.
