トリアムシノロン経テノン囊球後注入に対する患者満足度の検討

Patients' satisfaction after trans-Tenon injection of retrobulbar triamcinolone for macular edema

目的：黄斑浮腫に対するトリアムシノロンの経テノン囊球後1回注入の成績と患者の満足度の評価。対象と方法：過去6か月間にこの方法による治療を行った16例20眼を対象とした。内訳は，網膜静脈分枝閉塞症6例6眼，網膜中心静脈閉塞症2例2眼，糖尿病黄斑浮腫7例10眼，サルコイドーシス1例2眼である。自覚症状の改善や満足度をアンケートで調査した。結果：自覚症状の改善は86％，注入に対する満足は79％，再加療の希望は72％であった。黄斑浮腫は90％，視力は55％で改善し，合併症はなかった。結論：黄斑浮腫に対するトリアムシノロンの経テノン囊球後注入で高い患者の満足度が得られた。重篤な合併症はなかった。

Purpose：To evaluate patients' satisfaction after a single trans-Tenon injection of retrobulbar triamcinolone for macular edema. Cases and Method：This retrospective study involved 20 eyes of 16 patients treated during a 6-month period. The series comprised branch retinal vein occlusion 6 eyes,central retinal vein occlusion 2 eyes,diabetic macular edema 10 eyes,and sarcoidosis 2 eyes. A questionnaire method was used to evaluate the postoperative findings and patients' satisfaction. Results：Subjective symptoms improved in 86％,patients were satisfied with the outcome in 79％,and wanted to be retreated by 72％. Macular edema improved in 90％ and visual acuity in 55％. Complications were absent throughout. Conclusion：Trans-Tenon injection of retrobulbar triamcinolone for macular edema resulted in high rate of patients' satisfaction.
