1 はじめに
T（指導医）：今回のproblem-based conferenceは，前回の症例の続きですので，患者さんの病歴と理学所見についてよく思い出して下さい．今回はこの患者さんの検査とマネージメントについて，鑑別診断を考慮しながらディスカッションを進めたいと思います．
