Chlordiazepoxideの臨床効果について

CLINICAL EFFECTS OF CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE

緒言

　我々がここに報告するChlordiazepoxideは最近スイスのロッシュ研究所で作られ，強い自信をもつて世に送り出された薬剤であつて，構造上今迄の向精神薬剤とは全く別なもので，その作用は不安緊張状態に卓効があり，抗抑うつ作用を有し，抗痙攣作用，筋弛緩作用もあつて，てんかん発作を含む広い精神疾患領域に有効であると云われ，今まで内外の臨床報告例が多数報告されている。

　その作用の他薬剤との比較は第1図^15）の如くである。この図からも明かな如く自律神経系の作用も無く，催眠作用も少いので，血圧降下作用，パーキンソニズムス，昼間使用時の眠気等の副作用はないと云われている。

We had administered chlordiazepoxide to98 patients, in which 58 cases (30cases of neurosis, 10 cases of obsessional compulsive neurosis, 11 cases of depressive state, 4 cases of schizophrenia, 1 case of epilepsia ) were clear in their clinical course underwent our tests on the effect of this drug. The chlor-diazepoxide was most effective in elimination of both anxiety and tension, and also effec-tive for depressive state and obsessional-com-pulsive neurosis, but had no so striking effect upon schizophrenia and Huntington's cho-rea. Thus, in general, this drug was effic-acious for 40 out of 58 cases. As the by-ef-fect of this drug, there was observed 1 case of aged patient which showed swimming in walking, drowsiness and hypotension with large quantity of dosis of this drug, and moreover, insomnia and eruption was perceiv-ed each in 2 cases.
