1. The present paper describes three caseswhich had the fit of epilepsy or change inpersonality as the aftermath of tuberculousmeningitis.

2. Roentgenogram showed calcification atthe hypothalmus, in the surrounding regionof the lower third ventricle, and also in thevicinity of papilla of corium in two cases, while it was found in the regions from onethird above postcentral gyrus of the righthemisphere to the superior pole of the islandin the other case.

3. With due consideration to the literatureand autopsy findings concerning epilepticseirzure occurring as the aftermath of tuber-culous meningitis, the characteristics of theseizure were described.

4. Discussion was carried on the locationof calcification and change in personality, inCase I and Case III.

It is assumed that in all probability distur-bances in the lower peripheral regions of thethird cerebral ventricle including papilla ofcorium, which is believed to be the center ofemotion, is involved in persistent wild beha-viors of patients.
