Some Histologic Features of Neurinoma

　良性腫瘍が生體の物質代謝異常を起したり，形態學的に種々の退行誓攣化を示したりすることは知られているこの點，惡性腫瘍とは異なる生物學的の興味が持たれる譯であるが，余等は耳神經ノイリノーム例を檢索して，その組織像から神經膠質細胞の特性を推理する機會を得た。

Five cases of acoustic neurinorna were ex-amined histologically. Cavernomatous area, thromboses, concentric strangulation of the small vessel by tumor cells, microscopic hem-orrhage and hemosiderin deposit, fatty dege-neration associated with reticular transforma-tion were found in all cases. According to writers experience, there have been no such findings in a banal fibroma. Thereby, an ang-iotropic factor by tumor cells add its Schwan-nian cell-origin were supposed, in analogous way to a glioblastoma of the cerebrum. Co-mparing the neurinoma with the various types of central glioma, oligodendrogliorna, paraga-nglioma and glomangioma (Masson) were brought into discussion. In oncologic aspects, neuroglia (either central or peripheral) is always the subject of proliferating power; i.e. the ganglion cell is only an interstitial cell (Zwis-chenzelle), even in the ganglioneuroma.
