We tried to analyze personalities from the descriptive data gathered using Personality Insights, an artificial intelligence system, to expand the applicability of sentence completion tests in psychiatric practice. To examine whether the characteristics of patients with suicidal ideation can be estimated from the descriptions of schizophrenic patients, the scores of the subscales of the Big Five personality scale were compared between the group with suicidal ideation and the group without it. As a result, higher result of Anxiety, and lower results of Adventurousness, Activity level, Cheerfulness and Self-Discipline were shown. The results were consistent with previous findings that were estimated from text data. It is expected that this system will be able to detect the possibility of a risk state from the characteristics of sentences for patients who are in a state where direct appeal is difficult.
