要旨

　12歳，女児，numerical rating scale（NRS）8-9の左足底痛，左膝痛，腰痛，股関節痛，頭痛，腹痛による慢性疼痛で杖歩行，希死念慮を認めた。心理療法，麻酔科医と小児科医による薬物療法，理学療法による集学的治療で初診9カ月後に杖歩行を自ら中止，学校で友人とダンス活動を開始し日常生活動作（ADL）の改善を認めた。

　A 12-year-old girl with chronic pain due to left plantar pain, left knee pain, back pain, hip pain, headache, and abdominal pain（NRS 8-9）walked with a cane and had suicidal ideation. After receiving multidisciplinary treatment including psychological counseling, drug therapy by an anesthesiologist and a pediatrician, and physical therapy, she stopped walking with a cane 9 months after the first consultation, started dancing with friends at school, and showed improvement in her activities of daily living.
