関節鏡下前十字靭帯再建術後に膝窩動静脈再建術を要した1例

Surgical Repair for the Popliteal Artery and Vein Injury after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction:A Case Report

要旨　症例31歳，女性．関節鏡下前十字靭帯再建術後高度の貧血・頻脈あり，CTにて左膝窩動脈の損傷を指摘され紹介となった．進行性の貧血もあるため同日緊急に膝窩動静脈の修復を行った．静脈は直接閉鎖し，動脈は小伏在静脈のパッチで形成し良好な結果が得られた．関節鏡下前十字靭帯再建術後の膝窩動静脈損傷は稀である．今後瘤化などに注意しつつ慎重に経過を見る必要がある．

　Thirty one year-old woman who was performed anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction became anemia and tachycardia. CT scan revealed injury of the left popliteal artery. Emergency operation was performed on the same day. The popliteal vein was directly closed and the popliteal artery was formed with a patch of the small saphenous vein. Popliteal vessel injury after cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery under arthroscopic is rare. Careful follow-up will be necessary hereafter.
